Veluna operates neural diffusion architectures, motion synthesis pipelines, and distributed cloud inference nodes. We hold a transparent privacy commitment: we do not sell, rent, or trade your creative prompts, private uploaded reference files, or generated visual and video assets to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

- Ephemeral Processing Buffers: Intermediate latent tensors generated during multi-pass rendering cycles are automatically purged from GPU volatile memory immediately following generation delivery.
- Automated Safety Filtering: Prompts and uploaded media undergo automated real-time moderation to intercept illegal, non-consensual, or harmful materials.
4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in both the original prompts you author and the resulting visual images and videos generated via Veluna.
You grant Veluna a limited, non-exclusive license solely required to host, process, cache, and display your assets to deliver our creative services and support your private cloud portfolio.
5. Data Retention & User Control
You maintain full control over your creative media and data footprint:
- Instant Gallery Erasure: You can delete individual image files, video renders, and prompt logs from your account interface at any time.

6. Security Architecture
